Suggest treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation While Urinating

Late Sunday afternoon, it was a little uncomfortable to wipe after urinating. By Monday that area was really swollen and has hard places and burning. I felt like I had a bad case of the flu and was running fever of 101 - 103. Was not able to get out of bed much until today. No fever since yesterday evening. I have been applying Vagasil since Monday. I am 58 and have not had sex in more than 5 years but I did use a public restroom on Saturday.
